Daniel Klee, a native of Hockessin, Delaware, and a Tampa resident, graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2010 where he earned honors and was the Vice President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2010. For undergrad, Mr. Klee attended The University of Tampa on a swimming scholarship, graduating summa cum laude in 2006 with a degree in Government and World Affairs, with minors in English and Philosophy.
During each year of his collegiate swimming career, Mr. Klee was an NCAA All-American in multiple events and was an NCAA National Champion in 2006. Mr. Klee was also named an ESPN Academic All-American in 2005 and Academic All-Conference each year of his attendance. Prior to working for BRKS, P.A., Mr. Klee was a Public Defender for the 8th Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he defended multiple criminal offenses, including DUI, Battery, Assault, Theft and drug-related crime. Daniel joined the law firm of Bromagen & Rathet, P.A. in April of 2012 as an associate and became a partner in 2017.
Mr. Klee is a seasoned litigator, focusing and highly proficient in lemon law and breach of warranty defense. He is a highly respected attorney in that specialized area of law throughout the State and nation. He has successfully handled numerous jury trials and arbitrations per year, as well as conducting appellate practice. Mr. Klee has been a keynote speaker at Auto Alliance events. He also represents local businesses in Tampa Bay, ranging from software companies to restaurants and car dealerships.
