Kelly Mata has several years of experience representing clients in pre-litigation and litigation phases to include successful handling of motion practice, mediations and arbitrations. She has been working in the insurance industry for twelve years and focuses on First Party Property Insurance Defense Matters. 

Mrs. Mata earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida (B.A. Criminology) and obtained her law degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School (Doctorate of Jurisprudence). She is admitted to practice law by the Florida Bar Association. 

Mrs. Mata resides with her husband and five children in South Florida and enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
